    Travel Policy

    • Investment: $50 Flat Fee + $0.67/mile (Outside 25-mile radius)

    • The Detail: Shoots within the standard St. Louis Metro area (25 miles of HQ) are free. Locations outside this zone incur a travel surcharge.

    Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee

    • Investment: $250 Fee (If canceled within 48 hours)

    • The Detail: Our shoot days are high-production events involving multiple team members. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit or incur a rescheduling fee to cover crew time.
