Lex is the creative heart and organized mind behind Renegade Lenz Media. As both Founder and Production Manager, she understands that stepping in front of a camera can feel vulnerable, which is why she is dedicated to making the process as comfortable and seamless as possible. Lex isn't just here to hit "record"—she is your personal guide through the creative journey, handling all the logistics and details so you can focus on simply being yourself. Working side-by-side with Lex is Creatively Des, our Intelligence Officer and Creative Director—the strategic mind that keeps our creative heart beating in rhythm. While Lex focuses on capturing the visual story, Des serves as the architect behind it, managing the crucial details of internal communication and project strategy to ensure our entire team is perfectly aligned with your goals before a single camera rolls. She acts as the essential glue that holds the production together, refining the creative direction and coordinating the workflow so that nothing ever gets lost in translation. Her dedication ensures that your project isn't just a collection of ideas, but a cohesive, well-planned journey that feels effortless and intentional from start to finish
Bringing your story to its final, polished form is Beth, our Lead Editor and post-production artist. As a graduate of Webster University’s Video Production program, Beth combines a fresh creative perspective with the technical precision of a seasoned pro, having five years of experience editing for companies across the country. She specializes in crafting dynamic social reels, heartfelt interviews, and cinematic brand videos that truly resonate with audiences. With a genuine love for storytelling that extends to creating her own short films, Beth treats every project with a filmmaker’s eye, ensuring that the footage we capture is woven together into a beautiful, cohesive narrative that you will be proud to share.
